GUIDELINES AND RULE OF CONDUCT

1. Device Check:
   - Management reserves the right to request a device check from any player two hours before scheduled matches. Players must comply with this request promptly.


2. POV Submission:
   - After any match during the tournament, management can request the Point of View (POV) footage from any player for fair play verification. Players are required to provide this footage without delay.
 

3. Re-Device Check:
   - Following the completion of each match, management may conduct a re-device check. Players must adhere to this procedure and cooperate fully with the management team.


4. Player Responsibilities:
   - Management will not take responsibility for automatic player room kicks, map not downloaded kicks, game glitches, network issue to players and player ID time limit issues. It is the responsibility of the players to ensure their devices and connections are stable.


5. Character ID Requirement:
   - All players must have a character ID level 30 or higher. Teams failing to meet this requirement will be disqualified from the tournament.


6. Violation Consequences:
   - Any violation of the tournament guidelines, misconduct towards management staff, teammates, or opponents, and any breach of the code of conduct will result in the immediate disqualification of the team. Permanent bans may be imposed at the discretion of the management.


7. Prize Pool Distribution:
   - If a prize pool-winning team is disqualified, 30% of their winnings will be donated to PM CARE Funds or a similar government donation campaign. The remaining 70% will be distributed equally among the other participating teams.


Additional Notes:
   - Teams are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude throughout the tournament.
   - Any disputes or concerns should be reported to the management promptly for resolution.
   - Participants must adhere to the game's terms of service and community guidelines.
   - Any form of cheating, exploitation, or use of unauthorized third-party software is strictly prohibited.
   - There will be no rematch. A rematch can only be considered if there is any technical issue on the management side, such as streaming, network, or spectator errors.
   -  In case of a cheater or hacker in the match, the respective team will be disqualified, and their players will be banned from participating in future events. The total points of the disqualified team will be distributed equally among the other participants.
   - In case of same overall points in points table the survival points will be count. As it is a survival battleroyal game. 
    - In case of pure overall points (Survival and Finish points are same), the teams will be considered on same place in points table and prize of that position will be equally divided among the teams.
   - Kindly sit in your own slot. Otherwise points will not be given to your team. If any other team / player is sitting in your slot then immediately inform to admins for KICK REQUEST. 
 

By participating in TDE ESPORTS tournaments, all teams and players agree to abide by these guidelines. Failure to comply may result in severe consequences, including disqualification and permanent bans. The management team reserves the right to modify the rules if deemed necessary for the fair and smooth conduct of the tournament.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At TDE ESPORTS, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best gaming experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below:

1. Tournament Registration Refund Policy

- We offer a 100% payment refund for tournament registrations, but certain conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund:
 
- To avail this refund, the team must send a refund request email to info@tdeesports.com at least 14 days prior to the beginning of the tournament.
 
- Refund requests made less than 14 days before the tournament start date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

- The refund will be processed within two business days after approval and will be issued using the original payment method.

- Some tournaments may not have a refund policy. Specific details will be mentioned for such tournaments.

2. Subscription Plans and Paid Scrims Products Cancellation Policy

- There will be no refunds for the cancellation of subscription plans or paid  products.
 

- Subscription plans include any recurring payments made for access to premium features, content, or services related to TDE ESPORTS.
 

- Paid products include any one-time purchases of scrim matches, training sessions, or similar products.
 

- Once a subscription plan or paid product is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptions and Special Cases

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or tournament cancellations by TDE ESPORTS, we may, at our discretion, offer refunds or alternative compensation.

- Refunds may also be considered if there are extenuating circumstances that prevent a team from participating in a tournament despite meeting the 14 - day advance notice requirement. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities and Dispute Resolution:

1. Organizer's Responsibility:

   - TDE ESPORTS will take full responsibility for the smooth conduct of the tournament.

   - All logistical arrangements, participant coordination, and event management will be handled by TDE ESPORTS.

 

2. Dispute Resolution:

   - Any disputes arising between TDE ESPORTS and the participants will be addressed and resolved by TDE ESPORTS.

   - Krafton Inc. or Battlegrounds Mobile India or the game developers will not be responsible for any disputes arising during or after the event.

3. Safety and Compliance:

   - The event will comply with all local laws and regulations.

   - Necessary information for conducting the event will be shared with the game developer, their alliance operating company or the government body whenerver asked.

   - Strict adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines.

 

4. Participant Guidelines:

   - TDE ESPORTS will provide comprehensive guidelines to all participants to ensure fair play and adherence to tournament rules.

 

5. Accountability and Transparency:

   - TDE ESPORTS will provide all accountability and transaction reports to government officials, district magistrate, or any government official on a monthly basis when asked. This will ensure the transparency and credibility of the event.

 

6. Modifications and Updates:

   - TDE ESPORTS can modify/update the tournament roadmap and all information will be shared with participants/audience through official social media pages, website, and communication channels or groups.

 

7. Event Name Modification:

   - The event name can also be modified as per the terms of the brand, sponsor, or collaborator.

 

8. Advertisement and Promotion:

   - TDE ESPORTS can conduct advertisements, promotions, and live streaming on various social media platforms.
